Poor service

I am so disappointed with the hospital service I have an emergency with my child and worst part I have a referral letter from the doctor, they refusing to assist me because of where I am staying, I am staying in mpumalanga but the doctor has reffered me to these hospital hoping they will assist me, now they sending me to jubilee hospital. If I have I knew that I was supposed to go to jubilee I should have went there in the first place .
