life threatening issue

My brother was admitted to hospital on 22 July 2021 as he is suffering from Schizophrenia. and on the 2nd of August he was discharged after requesting them to refer him to Weskoppies for further examination as this thing has been there and my brother is not even taking medication when at home. The reason my brother was admitted this time is because he had an episode and ended up burning the house. If we did not wake up early we might have been dead from smoke and fire. the hospital have records of my brother from last year as they also admitted him for a period of 2 weeks. My brother is a danger to us and himself. i have little children who are not safe and due to that I ended up taking my brother back to Limpopo on the 17th because we are not safe when he is around . I also advised the hospital to prescribe injection for my brother as he does not take a medication at ll. My brother is at home in limpopo alone and am scared that he will burn the house there or kill himself and at the same time I feel i cannot help because my hope was in a hospital and for them , they did not see my brother as bad as having to be booked for further examination at weskoppies. The neighbors where i stay and at home can attest to the episode s that my brother go through and we cannot get help for him as every time we have to call police whom the law does not allow to accompany a mental disturbed person to hospital and EMS says they cannot help without police. the only time we have managed to take my brother to hospital is when the episode is life threatening and in the early mornings . All i need is for my brother to be admitted to mental institution for him to get help before he commit suicide. as i believe that he is also suffering from depression. I need you help before my brother kill himself
