The staff here is so rude. My friend needed to be rushed to the hospital in the morning and when we got here I was the one who had to open a file for her. When I was opening the file, the lady was so mean to me, didn't explain what it was I needed to do and fill in. She had so much attitude towards me. Then when I had to be taken to my friend, I went to this lady and greeted her. The lady literally kept quiet and then when a nurse arrived and tried to help, she snatched the file from her and now gave me assistance. The attitude here is disgusting. I don't understand why they treat people they way they do. The disrespect here is unmatched honestly.
