Disgraceful and distasteful service

The nurses on duty are very rude and lack any form of empathy and understanding of ones situation. Service is slow and it doesn't matter how early you come and there is noone in the waiting area. When will the staff ever be concerned more about the patients rather than their own unnecessary things? I logged a complaint 4 years ago and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was ever done. Today again I'm experiencing the same ugly treatment and with an elderly person. This is so disheartening.
