Disappointed

Excellent service should be the number priority in all businesses. I'm not really happy with the service given at this hospital I swear a patient could die of pains before he/she is given attention. What's the meaning of EMERGENCY if nurses or doctors can't really attend to patients the moment they walk right in the hospital? How many minutes or hours should one suffer in pains before he/she gets attention from the people who should be saving their fellow beings? What happened to having love and/or passion for your job to a point where you can't really wait to help someone because it breaks your heart to see them in pain? How is it possible for someone to sit for more than 12hours in pains before they get attended? How do you feel as a person working in an emergency field seeing someone crying out loud because of pains yet you do nothing? Is this the kind of service we should run to when we are in need of help medically so? How many people should suffer or even worse die because of pains in a hospital just because they weren't attended in time? The people we trust with our lives just don't care, they don't show love to their fellow beings.. I'm just disappointed and I think the word "disappointed" is just too simple. I would never recommend the Tshwane District Hospital to anyone in need of medical help because really this is a disgrace.
