Bad treatment

You've got the worst employee's, your female nurses can't do their jobs they are disrespectful and very rude. Early hours of Friday morning my 3 ***s were involved in a car accident and they were admitted at 2 o'clock and they were badly injured and they never attended to them and they didn't even give them anything for pain and I found one sleeping on a wheelchair while the beds in that ward were empty and I was told they had to sit on the wheelchair with those injuries until the doctor see them. And the was no doctor that came to see them from 2 o'clock till 7 in the morning when I decided to take them to another hospital hence the was no help for them. They had to make me sign ROT (REFUSAL OF TREATMENT)and by then I didn't know what that means all I knew was that the doctor was just signing them off so I can take them to another hospital. Can they really keep patients for hours without being attended to while they from a car accident, I'm disappointed in that hospital and their female nurses. It's a pity that we lodge this complains and no one is doing anything about them because they don't care it's not their families that comes there and get that bad treatment. Maybe this issues we should address them to the MEC OF HEALTH.
