Bad service and not receiving proper help

Went there and took my husband who was in excruciating pain from his ear and he was bleeding from the ear. We sat there and when we got assisted. The nurse told my husband that she was doing him a favour to assist him as she mentioned that they only take emergency cases serious and his case is not serious he should just go to the clinic. That time it was 7pm. Then she said he might as well go home, but he will wait here till the doctor assist him. We waited still. Got assisted by an intern who also could not assist with anything. Literally googled in front of my husband to understand the bleeding, he told my husband that there is nothing he can do, and he must go home. My husband had to ask him to get pain reliever or an antibiotic, said ok, went out, then came back Then he said pharmacy is closed and no medication can be given to him. Bad service and very disappointing.
