School sets me for failure

Good evening! I started attending in Tshwane College of Commerce & Computer Studies this year to upgrade my matric marks by studying N2 .. First I was unsure about the school because they were too demanding financially.., they started demanding for A4 papers, in order to for us to enter in the school we had to provide those papers , they make us pay for all the unnecessary things e.g when I ask to make a photocopy of my ID and exam timetable I was charged R50 each whilst I provided for the A4 papers..also we were forced to buy drawing boards at school without them we were chased out of the class while some of us couldn't even afford them, Another thing that happened is that during the level 4 lock down they made us do alot of assignments online , then when we got to school , they made us write exams but when we got our results they never added those assignments marks , I asked my lecture if they going to add our assignments marks in our report results, he agreed but when the reports came out it turns out that everyone failed , so I don't know if this is their strategy to make us pay more money ..they didn't even add up the 1st tests on our results, I tried calling the lecture today wanting to ask about how do they add up their results but his been avoiding my phone calls , usually when I call him around 20:00 he answers but today I called he said he doesn't answer after hours m assuming he knows what's happening and he is running away from something .. so m asking for help to report this school because I personally feel like they robbing me , and they setting me for failure on purpose
