Unsatisfied parent

Iam very dissappointed with the college, we have paid fees over for my little sister and its been a year and couple of months now we are waiting for a refund. We've been taken up and down everyone passes u over to the next till today the refund hasnt been paid out. Iam never sending another child to that school and would not even recommend it to anyone
