Tshwane City College: *********!!!

We are helping a jong man finish his matric through Tshwane City College. He registered for two subjects at the beginning of the year and has written all the exams throughout the year so far. He hasn't received any feedback or marks regarding the exams he has written thus far. He took this up with the principal of the college P Ramutsindela, who promised him his results... but has not kept to his promises. His final exam is coming up this Friday. He however received the wrong admission letter, without the correct admission letter he will not be able to write his exam! The university admitted that they made a mistake regarding the subjects he is currently registered for, but that they can do nothing about it and also can't pick up any records on any of the exams or assignments he has already done this year. They advised that he has to re-register for next year and redo the subjects!

This is simply unacceptable!
