Lack of Results

I registered for Marketing Management with Tshwane City College in 2016. One of the subjects i registered for was Entrepreneurship and Business Management at N4 level. First semester result was fail, I registered for the second semeste, the result was pending. When i asked why is pending they told me to register for first semester 2017, and i did. This time there was no time table. I was given N5 time table and made to write three N5 assessments in one day, passed N5, N4 result not an*****d to date. I asked them again what was happening. The management told me to register for the second semester 2017. I did and the result is absent. When i asked the principal why i got absent he told me that they were going to fix the problem with the Department of Education. But they did not. I spoke to Zwane Phumzile at QCTO, however, she didn't help me to get my N4 result.
