The tshwane City bus service website has **** about the existence of a bus route/service

For the past few weeks I have been using the Tshwane city bus and it has been alright going to university, the bus comes on time and the driver is very friendly.

Trying to get home is not as easy. I live near Wapadrand. If you look on the bus services website it says there is a bus that goes to Wapadrand at 13:50. I have tried to take this bus home but can never find it. I wait at the right stop at the right time (the other day waiting for over an hour). I then usually give up and take the only bus that goes anywhere near here which is the 'Die Wilgers" bus. I then have to walk the remaining distance (5km) or spend more money to get an uber (I'm a student so this is a problem.) When I asked about this bus on the website I was simply told the times that the bus supposedly runs (which I already knew). I then complained again and was told that this will be looked into. I however have not been rep**** to and the situation doesn't seem to be changing. I now have no way home today, and have just been told that they're looking into it, but this doesn't help me right now.

I would not be so angry about having to find another way to travel these last 5km if this were my only option, but instead I have been **** to and made to think that there is a bus that goes almost directly to my house, and been made to look like a fool waiting every day for a bus that doesn't exist!! Getting my hopes up every day that this bus might come, and being let down again. Having to make a new plan to get home every day and wasting time, money and my patients.
