rude bus driver

On the 02/02/2015 I visited the Tshwane bus services website, because I wanted to make use of they services also called they call centre: *** / 0840 or 012358- 0221 / 0223 / 0224, to find out how often they update they website. I as then assured that they are weekly updated and I did not need to fear anything.<br> On the 03/02/2015 I decided to catch the Faerie Glen 06:15am bus, upon the arrival of the bus I indicated to the bus driver that it was my first time using the bus, the bus driver could not have careless about that I gave him my money R20, he then gave me the ticked. The bus travelled as far as Lynnwood Ridge were I get of he then informed me that the bus to Lynnwood costs R16 and before I could get off I needed to pay an extra R8 I asked him why he did not get me this in the first times around, he just indicated that he could careless were I was going, so I gave him the money because I could tell he was looking for an argument, he did not even bother to give me a ticket . What makes me even more angry was the fact that I had only budgeted enough money for that single day.
