POOR BUS SERVICE AGAIN

I am so fed up with the Pretoria Tuine 2 Busses, Why oh why don't you have a system to warm people when a bus is not running that morning, why don't you implement a system where travellers can register their phone number and bus schedule, that send a automatic update on busses arrival, this is not so hard why are you making your clients suffer. This morning a group of us, all women stood at the bus stop in the dark waiting for a non arriving bus, don't you get it, it is dangerous for women to stand there for 30 - 40 minutes and wait and wait and no bus comes then I don't even want to think about the school kids and the women standing alone at bus stops , we don't have enough busses, we don't have proper shelter at the bus stops for when it rains but we have to pay for this service, if we are expected to pay make sure there is an available service, next time you will pay my unpaid leave for being late!! MORE BUSSES MORE SHELTER
