No Service as indicated on web-site

We are forced to pay our fees upfront, just to be left stranded without service. The easlynne buss and waterkloof glen busses are never on schedule, and alot of time there are no busses. This service is pathetic, and i wish they would convert all tshwane busses to the new a re yeng bus service
