I would like to know why the black bus drivers are refusing to accept cash from commuters but the white bus drivers are accepting cash? This afternoon I waited 2 hrs for a bus just to be told by 2 consecutive bus drivers that I cannot get into the bus without a coupon or bus ticket. There were 3 people in the bus after we were turned away. In my opinion you are running the bus services at a loss by transporting 3 people between PTA cbd and eersterust. One of these days there will be no commuters left to transport as everyone is using alternative methods of transport because we were not even informed of where we can purchase bus coupons.
