Poor service and not sticking to deliverables

<p>Appointed them for my house plans.</p> <p>First of all they picth up with the incorrect house's current plans - my neighbours plans</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for my house plans to leave their drafting office - 9 weeks after i gave them the physical plans we already drawn up. Can not believe that it takes 9 weeks to draw a small house if i already gave them the plans???</p> <p> </p> <p>However, now they tell me it needs to first go to an architect for sign off, then it needs to be signed by myself and my neighbour (which is fine), and then i need to pay the submission and their fees in full before proceeding??</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy with their service</p>
