POOR SERVICE

Good day<br> I sold my house in August / September 2014. Because of Munitoria that burnt off, I had to have my house plans re-draughted and approved, and Bouplanne/BulingPlans was suggested. Since then up and till now the plans are not approved by City of Tshwane, because every time there is something that hasn't been dealt with according to the building specifications. All the fees were paid, that was quoted and more, because of there incompetency knowing what the Department of Building Plans wanted. As it is at the moment, the Buyer of my house wanted to cancel the contract because of this, that I do understand, because this is taking longer as was indicated when they signed up to do my house plans for me.
