Unacceptable conduct of work

If there was a lower rating I would have placed it. The worst HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with , failure to communicate, failure to commit to deadlines, failure manage installations with their own scope. Management fails to take responsibility and perform duties as expected.

The director had the audacity to block us as the client from contacting them regarding their lack of completion of work within an already unacceptable timeframe of 3 months to complete installation in a 500m2 residential house.

Business cannot be dealt with in this manner. Take responsibility for your work and stop making excuses
