Arrogant supplier

To say that I am disappointed is an under statement. I hired 20 x side plates, 20 x plates and 20 chairs from Tshose's events and projects for my graduation dinner. I sent her a picture of the type of plates I wanted and she confirmed availability, I then received a quotation and paid in full. On the day of collection, I found that my order was wrong, they packed underplates instead what I hired. Patience workers actually confirmed that they do not even own the type of plates I requested.

I sent her a whatsapp expressing how disappointed and hurt I am but she did not even bother responding to my texts. This woman denied me the opportunity to even look for another supplier by not telling me she doesn't have what I requested. She is soooo arrogant that she does not feel the need to even say "I am sorry to have inconvenienced you"

I would not recommend her services to anyone.
