Takes your money, doesn't deliver

Stay away from this company! I placed an order for 229 shirts. Order was fully paid and proof of payment sent through. When the delivery arrived, there were 24 shirts short with no explanation. Now I have been batteling for almost 2 months to get a refund for the shortages or even the shirts to be sent. After sending a complaint to their email address, I received one email from a person by the name of Johan (***) that he will revert back to me as soon as possible, but no communication since (26/09/2023). All my follow-ups have been to no avail.
