tshirtprinting.co.za nightmare

<p>I ordered a custom hoodie from tshirtprinting.co.za. I asked for it to be printed on a dark grey hoodie or crewneck sweater. They sent me hoodie that I was pleased with. After markerting the hoodies online I got requests from people wanting the same hoodie. I ordered 20 more of the same hoodie from them and they confirmed that the stock what available. I paid a 50% deposit to secure the order while the hoodies are still available. I get an e-mail from them demanding payment of the balance today. What they have printed is not the hoodie I had asked for. What is most schocking is them threatening me with lawyers when I refuse to pay for the order. They did not come back to me to say they no longer had the original hoodie and ask me what alternative color would I prefer. The most shocking thing is the manner in which they addressed me as their client using words like "****ing idiot". Threatinging me with laweyers when they made a mess of my order. I have had of bad service in our country but now this take things to another level. </p>
