Tshipi-Noto is a ******** undertaker, unprofessional and useless

On Wednesday 30-3-2022 my brother and I requested Tshipi-Noto to do burial of my brothers son, we left the corpe at Tshipi-Noto from hospital mortuary the same day, we went on to do funeral arrangements which was supposed to be on Tuesday 5-4-2022. To our supprise on Friday just before 17:00 the Manager told us that someone with same surname like us claimed the corpe and was no longer with them, thats how my brother's son corpe disappeared. This undertaker is useless , unprofessional and pathetic, now we have to spend more for litigation, we will close it down because this is not a business, its a ******** syndicate where corpes just disappear.
