Terrible service

Today I received an sms saying I am behind with premiums that are debited by Tsipi Noto… when I asked how many months I’m behind with was told from December 2023…. Asked why I was not made aware of this as the debit order goes off every month there was no explanation, asked for the manager still waiting… who knows maybe it will be another 9 months
