Jooo Tshipi noto has done it again

Jooo Tshipi noto has done it again. I have never been this frustrated in my life, the service they gave me when my aunt passed on was unbelievable. Very bad n I complained about it thinking that they will work on their customer service but no shame. Now again my brother passed away n now again I have to fight them... Joooo guys I don't have energy I trusted Tshipi noto not knowing this is the service I will get....
