Horrible Service From Tshipi Noto

We are very disappointed with the service we received from tshipi noto, my mother passed away on the 13th of August and because my father had a policy with tshipi noto for over 4 years we thought we were covered, they took my moms body and gave us all the documents we needed the Monday 17th of August we arranged the funeral with them and they promised to give us a beautiful funeral, on Wednesday the 19th of August after 3 they called us to come to the office they needed to discuss something, We get to the office and please note the funeral was supposed to be on Friday the 21st, we get to the office they tell us that my dad had the policy reinstated and also that their was a waiting period of 3 months and that had my mom died in September they were going to cover us from then, they told us we have to pop out cash and we were depending on that policy we thought they were covered, we had to make loans two days before the funeral they told us that many policies lapsed due to covid, so imagine having to grieve for my mom and be given so much financial strain, we made a loan they then told us we'll get the same package we paid for over 4 years never a late payment made and my dad even paid a penalties because he didn't come and pay the policy due to the lockdown, they then told us to pay R11078 to get the same plan when we get there they wanted to give my mom a cheap ugly coffin we had to pay them 7000 more to give my mom a dignified funeral, they promised to give us a porait of my mom on her funeral they brought us a name plate we didn't want, they gave us so many emotional strain, now we left with financial strain because Of the money we borrowed to bury my mom after having a policy with them so long, what hurts is that we paid them for nothing, they didn't fulfill the Promises even after we gave them cash, they had given us a horrible experience, I wish we took out a cover with the bank, I'm just hurt because of all the grieving families they mistreat the way they do I also have the entire recording of the conversation they have and I will also report them to the ombudsman.
