Claims Complain (we’ve not received Funds)

Good Morning, my Dad has a funeral policy with Tshipi Noto on. My brother died on Wednesday we went to Geluksdal brunch to make a claim. We was told that will get funds with in 24hour.. till today nothing from them we’ve not received nothing from them and tomorrow my brother is being laid to rest. When we went to ask they told us to go make an affidavit 🤷🏿♂️ do they even know what we going through as a family or to them it’s just business?? There is no food home to prepare for tomorrow. I am so not happy with TSHIPI NOTO
