Appalling service.. My uncle passed and to this day we have not received the death certificate.. Its been over a week. Imagine if the family didn't have funding to proceed with the burial.. My aunt still hasn't claimed from of her policies. Tshipinoto "classes" people and is very bias. Distasteful..
