The worat stay of my life

They place is beautiful, no doubt. From the phone, everything was great. My lady even booked and paid right away till we got there. Their service was poor, the stuff is not friendly. The lady just dumped us in the room and left. Okay fine, me and my lady were fine till it was time to sleep around 22:00. I felt like it was in a student accommodation or something, people were coming in and out, drinking, playing their music loud and making noice till 4am the following morning. During the night I tried to call since there was no one in the reception. When I called, they did not assist me at all and just told me to call the owner. Like how should I know who the owner is. We did not even sleep. The check out is 11am, but we left before that, because we were disgusted by the place.
