Tshilidzini hospital Patients complaints.

My sister gave birth on the 23 of April 2023 at Tshilidzini hospital and her child is sick. We are told she needs to visit the Polokwane hospital to be attended to everytime when her appointment arrives they tell her there's no ambulance to take her. How do we help the child if the hospital does not want us to use our own transportation to accompany them to Polokwane. Today is the second time it is happening and they is no ambulance. She has been in Tshilidzini for almost a month now.
