7 months still no operation for broken leg

A young man I've been assisting with accommodation in Musina since July 2023 for ease of access to the hospital after his leg got broken during a soccer game received service at Musina hospital on the 22nd of July and was transferred TO Tshilidzini Hospital for an operation. Since July 2023 he has been consistently sent back and rescheduled for new dates 2 to 3 weeks apart over an excuse of shortages of beds, he has gone there 9 times with every doctor showing no interest to operate. 7 months of false hope when they could have told him to seek help elsewhere sooner and today the doctor who saw him refused to give him a date as the excuses continue because he was confronted with the truth. He even refused to transfer him elsewhere because apparently the health of people is in their hands. What business are heartless doctors doing in our facilities if they use hate rather than ethics?
