Tsiamo travels

Tshiamo travels was used from the 29 October to 1st November for accommodation and siteseeing. She received full payment from us(6 ladies) in advance therefore we expected everything to be ready when we got there. However we started getting frustrated while in jhb because the transport she organized arrived 3 hrs late to pick us up. Getting to Durban we were supposingly booked into zimbali coastal estate but she didn't have any confirmation or keys with her so it took us 3 hrs again to access the house. The house was gorgeous thats the one thing I'll give her but the next itinerary was to see the whole on the wall which she had cancelled because of the weather and we insisted to see for us to take pictures and we requested that she finds us a spa as it was raining but we went back to the house and she slept. Sunday came and the weather allowed and we were supposed to take a boat cruise but she said we were late for the cruise and she will refund us no plan B yet again. We then said no we can do the earliest cruise on Monday because 2:30 we had to do wine tasting in howick. We were shocked to see her only paying for the cruise then for Monday but she booked us for 12pm, which means we would be back after 1 and ran late for our 2:30 itinerary and that lead to us not being accommodated because the booking yet again was not done and at this time we where supposed to be driving back to jhb. It was like we didn't pay her In advance and she was not aware of the offering made in this package, she was making it up as she was going. I know all the 6 ladies where very frustrated.
