Tshiamo Travels worst experience

This was the first and last time using a travel agent. The agent Pearl Khumalo is a disgusting human being who ****s people and gives a horrible service after paying so much money. 1. She was very disorganized. Seems like the itinerary was made up on the morning of the day based on how she feels with her friends. 2. She paid more attention to her friends and not her clients. 3. She was so pap drunk on the trip. 4. The breakfast was limited to R80 whilst she and her friends had a buffet 5. Some of the activities were cut short because she felt some type of way. 6. She is a lier 7. When concerns were raised she blocked us from the WhatsApp group and other social media platforms. 8. Booked the cheapest flight that excluded check-in luggage imagine. Literally had to force her to pay for those. It's R410 per bag. This made us almost miss our flight. 9. Booked other kids in a dodge motel whilst she and friends stayed at the nice aparthotel even though she asked them to leave a day later since flights are expensive. She booked flights so late and with higher prices, she passed that on to her clients.

Do not utilize her services, you will be ****med and taken for a ride and get blocked.
