Tshiamo Travels - A *****

A very polite yet two faced woman, Ms Pearl Khumalo.

I took the trip to Zimbali 27-30 November 2020, it was a large number of girls, ok about 20,25.

It may have been her first trip trail for Zimbali, but as an agent if something is not happening, be honest.

There was a lot of fights in between, some cried and some left before the complete trip, we were even divided at this trip because most had just had enough.

It's February 2021 and she has not yet send us the pictures of the trip that she promised, instead she removed us from her Zimbali whatsapp group and has gone MIA.

Let alone, we didn't experience the "planned itinerary", I was even asked to not travel by road but by flight because I was traveling alone and was promised to experience the group activities upon arrival but miss few, the activities included wine tasting and going to the Nelson Mandela capture site in Howick. There was no boat ride/cruise due to the weather or time if my mind serves me right, but she made no effort to come up with another suitable activity.

Pity I missed all activities and soo did everyone else, those who traveled by road arrived at the venue after 10pm and our first night there our supper was KFC!! don't get me started about the so called chef/cook booked for us for our breakfasts, all I remember was foam packs, boiled eggs and beans, no coffee or tea was placed at the two houses for us to use and not even bottled water.

She was in a fight with one of the ladies who was swearing at her because she was upset and I told not to swear back, because she is a brand and needs to represent it well, I truly wasted my time supporting and advicing, because little did I know I'd humble myself to her soo many times asking for the link to the pictures but yet be fooled and ignored!

I'm disgusted over her disrespect, and *********ness to all of her Zimbali clients, no one was happy, she is very good at manipulation and very pretentious!!!

This was my first time trusting an agency with my travel, now I know why I never did, she truly shook me at the end of it all.

She may have spent extra money on this trip because on our last day we had to change LOCATION, however we were promised a fully paid (excluding transport) trip to Drankensburg to compensate for the last day, but that changed overnight and we went to Richard's Bay, to a lodge that had wooden houses with single beds inside, it was TERRIBLE! Some didn't have extra clothes and some had to miss work and their flights back home!

Gaining access to the houses was a tedious and time consuming process.

In a nutshell about this agency : NO RESPECT BAD WITH TIMING ********* NOT PROFESSIONAL VERY INCONSIDERATE
