Refund request from Tshiamo Travels

It is actually zero rating for Tshiamo Travel , I paid R1400 to Tshiamo Travel for the activities for our weekend away in October 2021 to Mpumalanga , I called the agent the whole day on 30 October2021 to communicate the logistics of activities, she blueticked me. Subsequently I requested the R1400 refund, because Tshiamo Travel failed to provide us with activities we paid for, the agent promised she will refund me. It has been over a month now, and I am still waiting for the refund. Please assist me back in getting back my refund
