Refund

is actually zero rating for Tshiamo Travel , I paid R7000 trip in December for two people unfortunately the other friend could not make it .know am asking for my refund Wich is 3500 when i try talking to her she blue tick me. She compromised us December 31st saying we going to Hluhluwe she took us to a place where the standard was very low.the trip was bad she is not professional.all am asking to be helped and get my refund back 3500 .
