Refund

My friends and I were planning to go to Mozambique in March, we unfortunately couldn't go because there was a strike in Mozambique and borders were apparently closed. We were supposed to receive refund after 14 days of cancelling our trip but that didn't happen, the owner said the accommodation place couldn't refund them due to lockdown. It has been 7 months now since we have been asking about our refunds. Her stories are not aligning when we ask for our monies back. We were supposed to receive our monies on Friday but still we getting the run around. Please could you assist with this.
