Horrible Lesotho snowcation organisation by Tshiamo travels

They ruined my first out of the country experience . The Lesotho snowcation. Never received notification of payment being received. No communication about travel details when the travel date came close, I had to follow behind them asking questions and them responding days after day’s. I felt like they are doing me a favour for the trip, like it’s a free trip. They created a WhatsApp group for the travel details and I was never added, only on the day of the trip did they add me. The accommodation was changed at 19h00 the evening before the trip. The host Siphelele really did try her level best to cover the gap’s but the owner just put her in the deep end with the poor organisation and planning. I will never recommend this agency to anyone. The actual snowcation was horribly planned. We travel by bus on the very risk road, travelled 4 hours from the accommodation to afriski, and spent an hour at the location and drove another 4 hours back to the hotel basically spent the whole day on the road. I command the bus driver he did a really excellent job driving on the risky roads where buses were not encouraged to drive on. I really have to redo this whole trip so I can remove this horrible experience.
