Rude with lots of vulgar

Tshepo media was in our network marketing business group and advertised something which wasn't in line with our business and was then kicked which I approved. He then dropped me a message with lots of vulgar including the f... words and I want him to know that it won't end here - I will take further to open a case, his contact is: ***. He needs to learn the hard way, maybe he has been doing it to others and got it right, unfortunately not this time. Thank you
