Unfair treatment of kids and parents

I am very disappointed by the way how the school is being ran by the management/principal/owner. They change rules and policies without consulting with parents who are sending kids to school. The school school has a policy that say schools for December should be paid on the 1st of November meaning parents should pay double end of October. Not all parents managed to pay double owing to what pandemic has caused to many families. The principal send out messages on the 24th of November asking parents who haven't paid school fees to pay immediately or risk their child being send back home the following day despite having a valid school fees paid for this month. There are five days left before December but kids were kicked out of school for not paying December fees. Parents appealed with the school management to allow those get paid end of the month to pay on the 30th but it fell onto deaf ears. Yesterday my child was sent back home and the school didn't even care if parents were at home or not. I have paid for my child graduation but it looks like it is not going to happen since he was kicked out of the school. Under normal circumstances, the school was suppose to expel kids who did not pay the fees on the 1st of December not November. The school is ran like mafia territory where parents are not allowed to suggest anything. The best way is to state in the contract that school fees should be paid in end of October and us parents will see how we pay from Jan till Oct. What happened to my child others who were sent home left me devastated and my child asking me why they sent him home and not his friend. This school had a lot of promises but monopoly leadership will bring it down. Sending back kids should be the last thing the school can do.
