Poor service

I heard a terrible experience with this organization, they're communication line is poor, there employees are very rude to customers. I tried to contact them through phones call and emails to cancel my laybye, no response. Until I went to their offices to explain my problem to them, they tried to refuse to give me my money back, we argued back and forth with the lady called Nosipho, until she agreed to give my money, they said they will deposit the refund after 30 days..it already past now they're coming with excuses
