Stanger decided to approve my mentally ill brother for a loan of 2000 and have been deducting his sassa an amount of 1342.82 for the past 3 months. I tried to get this resolved with them instead the ***** on the other line put the phone down in my ear when i asked for a statement so that we can see what is going on and settle whatever their balance is. How an i expected to drive to KZN from GP with someone that was fetched cos he was not well after the candle burn last month so that they see him? Hiow was a debit mandate approved as he does not have a phone? How is it that their interest is 3 times more than what he borrowed? Those people are taking advantage of old and sick people and now running and refusing to give answers cos they know that they are bull****ting innocent people, have been trying to call them all day to have this matter resolved but clearly this is how they make money because people are not well informed. Just so you know, i will not let this one slide.
