I am a pensioner and receive an old age pension from the Government. Three months ago an amount o R690.00 was deducted from my pension. After struggling for 1 whole month, the debit order was reversed and I was refunded. Last month everything was fine. This morning when I wanted to draw money , I saw that they have done exactly the same again and R690.00 was debited from my Sassa account and only the difference was paid into my account. I had to send in an affidavit to rectify this and they said it would not happen again, but only a month later the same incident occurred again. Now , I do not know how long I have to wait again for this debit order to be reversed and in the mean time I can not buy or pay my monthly commitments. This Finance Company is busy with *****elent actions and must be stopped immediately, as they put vulnerable pensioners in very difficult positions.
