Nightmare

I wish I could rate this Guesthouse less than 1 star. I made the booking through hotel.com. On the website the place looks gorgeous, neat and tidy. When we got there it was filthy! I went to reception asking for a refund (there were no way I was going to sleep there with my children), they offered to take me to another branch, so I went. That place was also horrible. I requested a refund, which they refused. I had to search for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night and pay yet again for a safe and clean place for us to overnight! I have reported this to hotel.com also, but haven't receive any feedback from them.
