no remorse for the dead

My Aunt passed away last week and was hoping to bury her in a dignified ceremony but tshebedisano funeral services have turned her funeral into a nightmare due to their dismal internal bookkeeping process and lack of customer service. I Personally have followed up with them via every platform available regarding payments they claim I have missed and paperwork needed. No one-till this day has had the audacity to call and keep me updated with my policy. I have to bury my Aunt in inhuman conditions because of a business and its dysfunctional operations. As a family, we have been loyal with payments and bank statements can back us up on that, but it is unfortunate that as a services provider you lack to provide those services yet alone to even follow up on your loyal clients. I will make sure this matter also finds its way to Mrs. Motlabi, by all means, need be!!!
