Bad customer service.

I made a claim on the 19 of August and today is the 29th and it still hasn't been paid. Nobody contacted me to let me know why that is. I took the initiative and contacted them. And the on the other side just said to me 'YEAH I KNOW' as nobody who claimed in August did receive payments. It used to be such a good establishment but it has gone to the dogs ever since the old staff left.
