BAD COMMUNICATION

I am very unhappy that i have been paying my monthly premium every month and i was notified buy my sister because she has a same funeral society for her family last month i called in spoke to a white man who told me that my premiums has increased since 2015 but i never received any notification no sms or even a letter my mothers address has not changes so now am behind since 2015 and i just call from my sister notifying that the premiums have increased again i have not revived a notification nothing so you can imagine how much am i owing Tshebedisano by now. when i spoke to this guy he said that he has updated my cell number but i don't get nothing. i ask him why don't they sent us letter he said that they don't sent letter anymore am sure majority of their client are old people who dont even have cellphone , he said they are going digital but not everyone prefers being sent such serious notification via sms i would prefer letter to my postal address that has not changes
