Tshabalala Properties

Tshabalala properties offers an unprofessional service and they claim to be the best in property sale and rental specialism. I felt helpless with their services and literally the business couldnt help me as expected. I bought a property through the real estate and it went successful then I decided to rent out the property through them and they got me tenant and did the lease agreement. The teneant paid depsosit and rental for the first month. The deposit went to the business and rental went to my account. The tenant paid his monthly rental directly to my account. The lease agreenent was for 6 months period and it has been renewed 3 times. After the 3rd period of the lease agreement the tenant started to become a bad payer. He didnt pay on time, and I addressed this issue with the owner of the Tshabalala property. Apparently the owner( Moses Tshabalala) and the tenant are friends, he kept on telling me to give them time and make arrangements with them yet all that failed. The tenant started skiping payment for three following months and I requested a notice for the tenant to leave promises from Moses. He was too linent with them he suggested I give them three months notice and on top of that I must write the notice. I did exactly that and the tenenant did not pay rent again for the for that three months. The owner told me straight he cannot do anything for me at that point. The tenant breached the contract, non rental payment for 6 months and on top of that the tenant did not leave the premises after the notice expired. I personally handled the matter. I told the tenant my lawyer will deal with the matter onward. I told them they will get a court order and eventually when they are still not complying the sheriffs will take them out. After two weeks of telling them that they moved out. Mr Moses Tshabalala of Tshabalala properties has failed me. I feel used and exploited by this real estate agency. I lost a lot of money through them. They are not good at handling difficult tenants.
