Unfortunately, our experience with TSH Bags has been extremely disappointing
Unfortunately, our experience with TSH Bags has been extremely disappointing. We paid for 81 products, but only 12 were delivered, leaving 69 products outstanding. We have been waiting for the remaining products since 25 July 2026. After trying to resolve the matter, we were promised a refund of R32,853.49 for invoices 1464, 1463, 1462, 1461 and 1460, with the refund promised by 7 August 2026. That deadline has now passed, and we have still not received the refund. The biggest concern has been the poor communication and lack of response when trying to follow up. We have made repeated efforts to resolve the situation directly, but have not received the level of customer service or accountability we expected. This has been a very frustrating experience, particularly considering that the products were paid for and a specific refund date was promised. TSH Bags: please honour your commitment and refund the outstanding R32,853.49. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend the service at this stage.

TSH BAGS - THEY ARE ****MERS
This seems to be a scheme to de***** clients. Bags ordered and paid, but the courier is unable to collect as they are "closed" when the courier arrives on multiple occasions. It is a sponsorship for a school, and IF this is a real company, they bags will be to late. We will demand a refund, But the phone number seems to be off always. This is a ****

Unprofessional and not reliable!
I am super disappointed with the service. I have ordered hockey bags for my school in June. It has been paid and I expected delivery in 4 weeks. I have received no communication regarding the order and when I tried phoning, there was no answer. I tried phoning for days on end, sending e-mails and no response. Apparently I may not get the owners number, so with who should I sort this issue out? When they eventually answered a phone, the bags were not even started and I was asked to choose different colours for piping to speed up the proses. I am very sorry but you made the mistake and I expected my order to be ready weeks ago. I received emails apologising and making promises to have the bags ready, yet another week has passed. Eventually received a courier tracking number and guess what? The address is wrong. Once again tried phoning and no answer. I had to phone the courier company and change the address. Bags will only be delivered next week, so it was never over nighted like promised or delivered by TSH themselves as one employee promised. I will not recommend this company due to the lack of communication and professionalism.

TSH bags stay away!!
I ordered and payed for two bags on the 06/03/2026 till this day I haven’t received a email or call for me to pick up my bags. I phoned and send emails and messages. Empty promises is all I get.
