BIRTHDAY DISASTER - 6 DEC 2014

This is a little overdue but needs to be told. I went to TSG for my birthday dinner celebration. The waiter was really slow from the outset and the restaurant wasn't full. But we were chilled and just wanted to have fun. We ordered drinks and eventually got him to wipe our sticky table after 3 requests. We spent quite a bit of time ensuring he got our order correct for our table of 9. Our food eventually arrived after what seemed like a lifetime, in stages, we found that our order was wrong anyway - 3 people at the table received the incorrect order, 1 had hair in her food, my steak was seriously under-cooked. Needless to say by the end of it all, we couldn't wait to get out of there. For all was going wrong, there was no sign of the manager until we requested he show up. I asked for a bottle of champagne for the table but that was all we got. After such terrible service, disgusting food, I can safely say, we will go back to Rodizzio's in Fourways as we have been doing in the previous years.
